Polina has been in the marketing industry for both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations for over 10 years. She brings leadership experience in market development, marketing strategies, large scale project development and management.

Ken Schroeder

Founder

Ken has been in the law enforcement industry for over 7 years working in one of the areas most heavily impacted by the opioid crisis in the country. While passionate about law enforcement he is an entrepreneur at heart with the experience in small business ownership and operation.

Jill Frey

Business Development

Jill is an experienced executive with over 20 years of facility management industry experience. As a successful business owner and executive, Jill is actively involved in the following organizations: Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI), Young Executives, Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) as well as ISSA. In 2016 Jill was recognized by Enterprising Women magazine as one of their Enterprising Women of the Year.

Alex Duchak

Business Development

Alex is a serial entrepreneur and product strategist who has developed and launched more than a dozen global product and service lines since 2007, and raised multiple funding rounds with two exits from new ventures in 2010 and 2012. He holds an adjunct faculty position, teaching new venture formation and entrepreneurship at University of Illinois at Chicago.

The Company’s History

Ark Operations Inc. was founded in 2017 in response to the opioid crisis, the aftermath of which has left many first responders facing the daily reality of exposure to harmful substances. Nurses, crime laboratory technicians and law enforcement agents alike are continuously reporting cases of accidental overdose.

Progress to Date

From its founding Ark Operations Inc. has completed research and development of the first generation of the Ark Container™, filed for a patent, secured partners, mapped out Ark Connect solutions, manufactured product, and established pilot sites and timeline for the market test.
